In the meeting on 18 March, the European Alliance Against Coronavirus spoke with Ariadna Detrell from AEI Tèxtils and Bruno Mougin from Techtera about their collaboration in the EU-TEXTILE2030 initiative.

EU-TEXTILE2030’s aim is to bring together the main European clusters (UP-tex, AEI TÈXTILS, CLUTEX, INNTex, NWTexnet, Po.in.Tex, FOMENTEX and TECHTERA) in 6 countries dedicated to Advanced Textile Materials, with a view to developing a long-term joint international strategy that contributes to securing, strengthening, and extending their competitiveness at an international level.

The clusters started to work together in 2021.

EU-TEXTILE2030 represents 680 SMEs and 90 research organisations. Its activities include partner search services, the participation in EU project proposals, co-organisation of events, B2B meetings between member companies, and the organisation of international exploratory missions.

AEI Tèxtils and Techtera draw positive conclusions for their collaboration, which has shown to be of high value to deal with the unexpected developments caused by the COVID-19 crisis.

The morning session are open to everyone.
