Summary and objectives

SO1. Adapt the individually clusters’ strategies to align them to the Common Partnership Strategy and its road map to create a strong and a long-term collaboration, leading clusters towards cluster excellence.

SO2. Create a favourable ecosystem within the Habitat value chains to promote new alliances, innovative projects, transfer of innovation and facilitate the identification and creation of new business and investment opportunities in the different value-chains of the Habitat sector.

SO3. Promote a multi-stakeholder’s perspective and cross-sectorial approach to promote this favourable ecosystem and address the main sector’ challenges and needs.

SO4. Improve and strengthen clusters management capacities and skills towards cluster excellence through the definition of an integrated Capacity Building programme.

SO5. Define and implement an innovative programme of services addressed to cluster’s members, in specially to SMEs, in order to support them in the process to advance towards the development of healthy and sustainable spaces and buildings, promoting the transfer of innovation, increasing their competitiveness and internationalisation and boosting a smarter, more age-friendly and greener Habitat sector.

SO6. Strengthen networking among the consortium and their members through the organisation and participation in B2B, C2C, and matchmaking and networking events for broader stimulation of the new business and investment opportunities.

SO7. Promote the exchanges of best practices, know-how and lessons learned along the project to capitalise the project results.

SO8. Support interregional cooperation among clusters and SMEs to boost the transfer of innovation and promote a smarter, greener and more competitive and international sector.

Creation of an ecosystem: Establish a favourable ecosystem within the Habitat value chain to promote new alliances, innovative projects, transfer of innovation, and facilitate the identification and creation of new business and investment opportunities in the different sectors of the Habitat value chain.
