A bitesize approach creating a true quantum leap - impact of the S3FOOD project
Over the past three years, the S3FOOD consortium has merged the needs and challenges of the food processing industry with the solutions provided by the technology and digital solution providers, thus enabling the digital innovation and transition of the food processing industry.

- 75 SMEs have received direct funding for their digital innovation projects
Each individual project was a small step on the pathway to a digital food processing industry, but together they created a true digital wave.
