Summary and objectives

The vission of the project is to generate economic development through a strategic collaboration between the interested stakeholders, by preparing European furniture manufacturers to enter new markets, outside EU. With a history of collaboration and a record of supporting innovation actions for SMEs coming from different sectors and countries, the Partnership is representing some of Europe's most dynamic clusters with capabilities and knowledge to create new value chains for SMEs, as well as implement internationalization activities to strengthen the position on EU products on the globalized market.

Thus, the objectives of the Partnerships are:

2. Building a strong partnership by implementing gathering activities focused on the USA, Canada, Egypt and South Africa's markets to better understand the market insights and opportunities and creating favourable circumstances for the partnership SMEs members to set common grounds

3. Unlocking positive opportunities for 40 SMEs by implementing tailor-made actions aiming at supporting their access towards new markets, develop new international partnerships and make their position in international value chains more resilient

4. Establishing 1 key contact point in each third country in the form of Ambassadors - thus enabling local stakeholders access to the project's activities and contributing to the organization of international business matchmaking missions and site visits to foster collaboration relations between SMEs

5. Facilitating long term sustainability of the Partnership by creating synergies between the Partnership and at least 4 international business networks, as well as facilitating the development of viable business agreements between SMEs.
