We are proud of our cluster who has inside companies, municipalities and institutions, which allows us to bring the needs of the social, economical and enviromental connected to the forest and wood sector for a sustainable development. We manage the PEFC forest certification service for more then 20 privates and municipalities of the regional mountains, who own more then 80.000 hectares of forest managed with responsibility. This service gives us the chance to be always close to the needs of the different owners of forests and develop together innovation service to provide them. One of this is the project PRI.FOR.MAN , which has the aim to develop together with University of Udine and University of Florence the newest solutions about technologies of drones applied on a digital system of mapping of forests, then provide the innovative service to the decision makers. Digitalization of the forests and of the processes is an important goal that we aim to achive.

Another project of success is the cooperation with the Region Autonomous Friuli Venezia Giulia in the process of training operators in the forest management through the activity of CESFAM (Central Services for Forest and Mountain), thanks to this project we supported the companies of the Cluster to find easier and faster solution to their needs.
