In Japan and Europe, local stakeholders, including clusters, are leading decarbonization as they are connected to local actors both at a national and international level. These local ecosystems are well placed to implement initiatives for the green transition.
In this context, the Strategic Partnership for the Implementation of the Paris Agreement is organising a conference on 26-27 October to discuss best practices in Europe and Japan for how to create a decarbonised economy.
