EU CODE WEEK

Description

If your SME works in coding and is interested in promoting coding in your country, take part in this year’s EU Code Week!

Taking place during 9-24 October, the initiative is a grass-root movement organised by volunteers, who promote coding in their countries as Code Week Ambassadors. They aim to promote coding and digital skills to schools, young people and adults across Europe.

The initiative will see a host of activities and events taking place, designed to make programming more visible, demystifying digital skills and bringing motivated people together to learn. In 2020, a total of 72.7K activities took place across 80+ countries, with 3.4M participants taking part.

Interested to get involved? There are multiple ways your organisation can take part in EU Code Week, from getting involved on social media, using the hashtag #CodeWeekEU, to hosting coding workshops.

You can register your coding activity or event on the EU Code Week website, as well as learn further information about the initiative.
