Access to public support - to enhance opportunities for further international collaboration through different projects

Facilitation of cross-sectoral collaboration - cluster has very strong value-chain approach, which means that major growth is expected to come through collaboration with interlinked economic branches such as ICT, logistics etc.

Promotion of activities - developing well-recognized brand will be among the main focus areas for Estonian Aviation Cluster.

Provision and facilitation of access to training - tackling labour issue will remain one of the cornerstones for success. Finding qualified labour is definitely a factor, which ise going to hold back growth if no measures will be taken. Bridging the education gap is therefore among key objective within the cluster.
