eNCUENTRA Programme

eNCUENTRA is led by Cluster IDiA’sYouth Programme for Digital Skills. It promotes high levels of digital capacities and services among its members. The eNCUENTRA programme works on the dissemination, recruitment, guidance, training, job placement for digital profiles directed towards non-ICT trained young professionals under30, currently unemployed and in European programme “YouthGuarantee” with a special focus to engage female participants. Also group activities in the cluster aim to improve and reinforce knowledge of job search techniques and tools, labour market, and job profiles, organise webinars and online activities, presentation sessions, including visits to companies, etc.
