Call for Enterprise Europe Network 2022 now open!

DEADLINE: 02 December 2021

Following the adoption of the Single Market Programme, the European Innovation Council and SME Executive Agency (EISMEA) opened a call for proposals for the Enterprise Europe Network after 2022.

The Network has played a key role in facilitating access to the Single Market for European SMEs. Almost 2.9 million SMEs have benefited from services helping with market positioning, cost savings, and employment.

With grants due to expire at the end of 2021, the European Commission is now looking for proposals for the next Network, initially for the period from 1 January 2022 - 30 June 2025.

The budget of the call is €164.5 million, and it is expected to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs in Europe and promoting entrepreneurship by:

  • Facilitating their access to the Single Market and third country markets;
  • Supporting their innovation;
  • Helping them to cooperate and integrate with local, regional, national and European clusters, as well as industrial ecosystems and global value chains.

The Network will play a crucial role in helping SMEs in their transition to more sustainable business models through dedicated Sustainability Advisors and other services. It will also facilitate SMEs’ digitalisation and help them to be more resilient.

Deadline

The second deadline for submission of proposals is 2 December 2021 17:00 (Brussels time).
