The Basque Clean Technologies List is a fiscal instrument to promote sustainable development in SMEs and facilitate the application of Basque environmental policy, through technology transfer and implementation of equipment with better  environmental performance. Innovative clean technologies are included in a periodic Clean Tech List, providing tax deductions for investing in equipment on the list.

Budget: 10 MM € / year.

Funding: 30% of investment to be deduced. Maximum 200.000 € to be deduced in 3 years’ time because integrated in EU "minimis" financing scheme, thought specifically for SMEs. Includes also Enhanced Capital Allowance, allowing to change the amortization time of company’s investment.
