The Advanced Technologies for Industry (ATI) project monitors technological trends and data on advanced technologies.
The next ATI webinar is on 21 May at 10am CEST, and will focus on how advanced technologies represent a big opportunity for the European bio-based industrial sector to sustainably transform renewable natural resources into bio-based products and biofuels.
Adoption of these technologies will not only help economic growth, but also significantly reduce Europe’s dependency on fossil resources, help the EU meet climate change targets, and lead to greener, more environmentally friendly development.
This event has two objectives:
- To give an overview of the ATI monitoring tools, with a focus on the latest data about industrial biotechnology adoption, patent and trade data, and an analysis of ATI based products, such as biotech flavours and fragrances.
- To discuss how to monitor technology uptake across the EU by giving voices to event participants, who can communicate their specific needs to policymakers.
The event is primarily for bioeconomy sector representatives, but all interested stakeholders are welcome to join.
