Resource Efficient Scotland's advice service provides 1-2-1 support via a team of dedicated advisors and wider framework of technical consultants. Provided via site-visits or telephone, the support is designed to help SMEs identify and implement opportunities to reduce their use of energy, water and raw materials, and improve their waste-management practices. Each recipient of support receives a bespoke report that identifies and quantifies savings opportunities, and where possible, provides estimates of capital investment and payback period. The report is approved for use to access the SME loan fund.
