As part of an EU project focused on export of European dual-use products and services to third markets, a series of webinars will be organized in the coming months for ambitious European small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to increase their knowledge about the trends and technologies and potential business opportunities within the three target markets Canada, Singapore and United Arab Emirates (UAE). The webinars are organized in order to engage SMEs to participate in business missions to the three target countries in late 2022/early 2023.

The first webinar is scheduled on March 24 2022 at 14:00 CET. Experts from Canada, Singapore and UAE will provide an overview of the latest cyber-technology trends and technologies, main features of the defense & security market related to cyber-technology in Canada, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, and explore business opportunities with European stakeholders.

More information about the project:
The European Key-Enabling Technologies for Dual-Use 2.0 project (EU KETs4Dual-Use 2.0) builds on the basis of its predecessor, which was carried out as a Phase 1 project in 2018-2020.
The project intends to act as a “springboard” for European companies working on dual-use (civil and military applications) technologies (products and services) with ambitions to access international markets.

The project will in particularly support small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with accessing markets in Canada, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, through participation in international missions, with the aim of creating and/or integrating sustainable long-term partnerships.
In this framework, a series of webinars are set up to get a better insight into innovative solutions in the field of:

- AI for Dual-Use (2 June 2022)
Resilient Business Models
- Procurement processes (in target countries) (30 June 2022)
- Access to funding (EU funds) (21 April 2022)
