The Steering Committee of ADMANTEX2i met on October 14^th & 15^th in Porto (Portugal). The consortium is composed by three advanced materials’ clusters: AEI Tèxtils (Spain) as a coordinator, ATEVAL (Spain) and CITEVE (Portugal) and three advanced manufacturing clusters: AFIL (Italy), EMC2 (France) and PRODUTECH (Portugal).

ADMANTEX2i will provide services towards internationalization for SMEs and promotion cross-sectoral collaborations with advanced manufacturing and the digitalization of the textile sector.

This project aims to lead international cluster cooperation in advanced manufacturing and advanced textile materials as an enabler for globally competitive sustainable products functional in a broad range of high-end applications. ADMANTEX2i is under the COSME program.

During the two-day meeting, the consortium discussed on different aspects such as the value proposition for the trade missions to USA, Canada, and Japan as well as the next coming events of the project.
