It is the case of scheduling the collection of old furniture and garden shavings; requests for cleaning public spaces; requests for the repairing of sidewalks; requests for maintenance of green spaces and even the communication of damaged equipment. Last but not the least, the aforementioned platform is able to facilitate the liaison with other external public services whose activation is instrumental to address properly a given issue.
