Results of the call for pitches

On April 21st 2022, REC-N-COMP closed its call for pitches. The call was open to all SMEs from Italy, France, Belgium and Poland, interested in internationalization support towards the USA, Japan and Singapore. The targeted sector is the recycled and sustainable materials based composites market. REC-N-COMP received more than 40 applications.

After an evaluation process, 15 SMEs were selected to join a mission to a targeted country with its travel costs covered by the budget of the partners. Other companies will be able to join the missions as well, however their travel costs will not be covered by REC-N-COMP.

The SMEs selected for Japan are:

• Extracthive (France)
• Magnetix Lamination (Poland)
• Crassevig (Italy)
• COVESS (Belgium)

The SMEs selected for Singapore are:

• Technoplants (Italy)
• Recyc’Elit (France)
• Marcus PPHU (Poland)
• Piaval (Italy)
• Moss Composites (Belgium)

The companies selected for the USA will be able to join the mission organized on the week of October 17th, 2022. The mission will take them to California to explore the possibilities of the North American market, and will include a visit to the CAMX expo, the most relevant event in the USA for the composite sector.
