The Italian Manufacturing Cluster established, starting from April 2020, a working table to define a strategy in order to help the Governance in defining a short, medium and long time execution plan, to get the Italian Manufactuting System able to react to severe supply chain interruption. Around 50 people, with a great expertise in manufacturing technologies and methodologies, worked three months to prepare the guidelines. The resulting report is fully readble here.
