A team member of "Madan Parque" was a speaker to the "International
Innovation Summit", an online event which took place in August 18.

This event comprised the discussion with Brazilian entrepreneurs the pros
and cons of an internationalisation strategy to Europe, more precisely via
Portugal.

The testimony of "Madan Parque" as a Science Park covered the incubation
programs made available to incoming tech-based companies and tech-based
entrepreneurs.

We identified also some of the existing funding instruments in terms of
funds leverage (business angels, VCs, etc.) and of cooperative projects
(EU-funded and locally funded).

Last but not the least, it was presented the National Program "StartUP Visa",
which supports the mobility of international entrepreneurs heading outside of
the "Schengen Area" to Portugal, who can benefit of supporting and mentoring
services by designated certified incubators (which is case of "Madan Parque").
