Last week the HempClub partners met in Angers (France) to visit flagship entities and participate in a training session. During the event, they had the great opportunity to visit some important entities.

Thanks to HempIt (Beaufort-en-Anjou, France) to host us in their structure. HempIt is an agricultural cooperative specialised in producing and marketing hemp seeds for industrial and bio-based markets, resolutely focused on the industrial hemp issue of tomorrow. During this visit, the partners have the opportunity to know more about hemp seeds production and to visit the high-performance industrial equipment in its production site.

Thanks to CAVAC Biomaterials (Sainte-Gemme-la-Plaine, France), an essential player in the transformation of plant fibers in Europe, to show us their production system and equipment. The industrial tool developed by Cavac Biomaterials allows a complete valorization of the hemp plant - with zero waste production - in the building and construction sector.

These meetings were very important for knowing more about industrial hemp valorisation and sharing knowledge in the bioeconomy sector.
