During the study visit in Barcelona GSSC consortium organised webinar on 27.5.2022 focused on Cape Verde market on its opportunities. The participants were especially SMEs, research institutions, policy makers and other relevant stakeholders. At the beginning of the event the GSSC project was introduced by Ms. Gabriela Paredes Valle representative of SOLARTYS cluster. Then the main speaker was Mr. José Almanda Dias representative of Cape Verdean Trade Invest. He introduced Cape Verdean market and its opportunities. Mr. Dias also explained why investors and companies should invest in Cape Verde. He presented new and unique connection from this island to America´s continents. Finally, he answered several questions about investment in his country. This workshop was created as follow-up activity after the exploratory mission in Cape Verde that were held from 14.3. – 21.3.2022. The GSSC consortium consider this event as the successful one that was closer to GSSC SMEs and research institutions for future investments.
