The legal and customer-specific requirements in the field of food hygiene are becoming more complex and important. Audits help companies to comply with and continuously improve quality and hygiene standards.

Under the title "Minefield Audit - Safe to Certification" experts will discuss the topic from different perspectives - look forward to exciting lectures and key notes in the areas of retail, food production, certification and building services.

About foodRegio e.V. The cornerstone for the North German industry network of the food industry was laid in 2005 with the merger of 14 companies in the region of Lübeck. In 2007, the foodRegio e.V. was founded. The association currently has 83 active member companies and institutions. Through events, working groups and further training offers, the member companies are supported in networking with each other.
