The first workshop related to the challenges in the Energy Intensive Industries was held by INGENIOUS consortium

On 7 March the INGENIOUS consortium organised the workshop (first of the series of 8) where the challenge and solution available in Energy Intensive Industries were discussed. The topic of the meeting was “Towards safer and more efficient energy transition and to ensure the energy supply – hydrogen.”
The first workshop was moderated by Katherina Ulrich from BNPT. Ewa Rekosz/MCICT - the coordinator of INGENIOUS project – presented the project. Next, Azucena Jiménez Pérez/MI4 presented the Innovation Grants with the conditions and requirements for SMEs to apply for the grant.
Dr Andre Naumann from Leibniz Institute for Plasma Science and Technology presented "Plasma Technologies for Hydrogen Applications". Mr. Terje Hauan from SEID AS introduced “ColdSpark® - An alternative approach to low-carbon hydrogen production”. The last presentation was managed by Mr. Davide Trapani from Environment Park S.p.A. (Envipark) with "The decarbonization of the industrial activities in Piedmont region: a system level approach to exploit the hydrogen supply-chain".
At the end of the workshop Katherina Ulrich invited all participants to the next workshops and encourage to follow INGENIOUS on social media.
