FACYL, Automotive Cluster of Castilla y León has identified the need to develop actions that raise awareness and generate confidence by seeing the real applicability of additive manufacturing technologies

In order to meet this need FACYL has launched the project ADDITIVE DEMO which is based on 2 key actions:

• Demostration workshops in facilities with industrial equipments to encourage undestandind and contact with additive manufacturing technology.
• B2B Meetings to promote contact and collaboration with technological agents who have expertise in industrial additive manufacturing and new materials.

ADDITIVE DEMO project has started with with the organization of 2 demostration workshop of metallic additive manufacturing on 30^th and 31^th May. AENIUM Engineering has hosted the demostration workshops in its facilities and has shown its metal additive manufacturing equiments to representatives of 17 FACYL members.

Demostration workshops had a high demand for participating. FACYL will continue to organize demostration workshops in the next month.
