F2F Health Matters: internationalisation accelerator for innovative and sustainable SMEs

The European project F2F (Farm to Fork) Health Matters is an internationalisation accelerator for innovative agri-food SMEs. It is driven by an alliance of five European clusters: Wagralim (Belgium), Clusaga (Spain), Bioeconomy Cluster (Slovakia), InovCluster (Portugal) and Valorial (France).

F2F Health Matters is funded by the European Programme for the Competitiveness of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (COSME) within the framework of the European Strategic Cluster Partnerships - Going International (ESCP-4i).
The objective of F2F Health Matters is to promote the development of collaborative internationalisation services. With a geographical focus, it offers practical support to develop an international roadmap for a group of SMEs from participating regions, specialised in the sectors of healthy food, bio-solutions, and bio-based techno-functional ingredients. It aims to provide a complete package of services to promote international collaboration and commercial development to the SMEs.
Three target countries for SMEs to carry out the internationalisation missions will be selected by the clusters' partnership out of Canada, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam and Japan.

A complete package of internationalisation services for SMEs: The package of services to promote international collaboration and commercial development of SMEs includes training and coaching, receiving personalized training from mentors from the clusters' network in the fields such as regulations or market positioning; participation in matchmaking and networking events; participation in international missions and B2B events integrated into existing food innovation fairs and events; access to market reports of the destination countries; and financial support.

The first event organized within the framework of the project : F2F Health Matters is organising its first event for SMEs. On February 25th from 9.00 to 11.00 (CET), the webinar “F2F Health Matters - Panorama of EU support tools for ASIA” will take place. It is intended for all European agri-food SMEs interested in exporting their products to Japan, Vietnam or South Korea. Also, the free tools that the EU makes available to them to access these markets will be announced.
SMEs from any country of the European Union can participate in the event. The registration is open until February 24th.
