The first Virtual Exchange of BLUES project was organised as a group exchange between France Water Team (FWT) as host and ZINNAE and Water Alliance (SWA) as visitors. The exchange took place between the 8^th January and 17^th February 2021 and consisted of one to three meetings per week. The objectives of the exchange were:

• Prepare the event “The WINNing days. Water Innovation Networking days”.
• Build new collaboration activities between FWT, ZINNAE and SWA: identify next WINNing actions and discuss future collaboration under Horizon Europe programme
• Facilitate the synergies generation between clusters members.

The exchange objectives have been totally achieved, leading to the successful organisation of the event and promoting the collaboration between the three clusters participating in the exchange and their members.
