AURORA 1st Roadshow in Poland
Between 6-8 December 2022 in Warsaw, Poland, UNIMOS Foundation organized a first Roadshow in the AURORA project.
With a programme organised around Mazovia Development Forum (Forum Rozwoju Mazowsza) – the biggest innovation and European Funds event organized in Mazovia region, the Roadshow was a 3-day cross-border exchange that counted with the participation of clusters, SMEs and research organizations from Spain, France and The Netherlands.
The Polish Roadshow was focused on cross-industry and cross-sectoral collaboration for boosting digital and circular innovations in agri-food sectors. The mission had an engaging agenda full of diverse activities, including:
- Facilitated networking and B2B introductions between European and Polish clusters, research centers, regional agencies, companies
- Organization of sprint cross-industry hackathon across and along agri-food value chains to identify and explore innovation opportunities
- Food tasting and culinary experimentations based on common competences of AgroBioCluster products
- Participation in debate and opening of EU Programme for Mazovia region for 2021-2027
- Presentations of European network organizations and Spanish research centers
- Presentations of Polish companies from Mazovia innovation ecosystem
- Presentations about personalized nutrition and alternative proteins
- Collaborative session about identification of funding opportunities for join collaboration and innovations development
Visiting organizations from Spain, France and The Netherlands had a chance to meet in-person with UNIMOS Alliance and its partners, establish new linkages and explore opportunities for new research and development projects. Additionally, project partners organized a peer-learning about internationalization and global connections, workshop for the development of new, joint services development and AURORA project.
