The Mediterranean Blue Acceleration Network (MedBAN) Consortium has the pleasure to invite you to the kick-off conference “Starting MedBAN: Clusters as Ecosystems of Business Acceleration for a Sustainable Blue Med Economy” on the 29th of November 2022, at 15h30 (CET), online (Zoom).

The MedBAN project is part of the wider EU ‘Eurocluster’ initiative to promote clusters as crucial actors for the resilience of the EU industrial ecosystems. The project's public kickstart will be a great opportunity to discuss clusters’ potential roles and contributions, namely as innovation ecosystems, within the EU Blue Economy, with a specific focus on the Mediterranean Region.
MedBAN will work as a one-stop-shop that will mobilize blue economy SMEs to adopt processes and technologies to reinforce their «twin transition». It aims to contribute to a sustainable and digitalized Blue Economy and to strengthen the EU’s strategic autonomy and resilience in several blue sectors (e.g. seafood, energy, transport, tourism, and technology in general).
Want to know more about the project? This online conference will present the MedBAN project and its partners, as well as contribute to the discussion about how clusters can contribute to a sustainable blue economy.
