About us

a. Promoting ship research, development and innovation; b. Facilitating cooperation between partner organizations within the cluster and all categories of organizations/economic operators/natural persons affected by its activity and by the activities carried out within the framework of Pan-European Transport Corridor VII – "Danube" and Black Sea Shipping; c. Promoting a multicultural, multidisciplinary and cross-sectoral approach to green freight transport; b. Supporting the transnational and inter-operational development of Pan-European Transport Corridors; e. Supporting the use of instruments, techniques and pilot actions for the interactive and transnational development of the economic environment in the field of shipping

b. Improving the interoperability and intermodality of freight transport, using modes of transport: Shipping, road and rail, including the harmonization of transnational transport procedures; b. The development of ICT&T tools for intermodal freight transport planning to help minimize environmental impact; h. Supporting the integration of education provision with the needs of the business environment in the field of green goods transport; i. Supporting the organization of events, conferences and fairs with national and international impact in the field of environmentally friendly intermodal freight transport, in order to connect the members of the cluster with the national and global market;

j. Developing new skills needed to operate in the field of shipping and related services, maintaining a highly qualified human resource in the business environment in the field of green freight transport; k. Establishing partnerships in common areas of work with other clusters in the country and abroad with the same field of activity in order to transfer expertise and develop joint projects of a common scale; l. The organization of training, qualification and refresher programs open to the specialist staff of the cluster members; m. Ensuring collaboration and research between universities, research institutes and companies;

n. Cooperation with local, regional, national and transnational strategic partners, including public authorities, research centers, competitiveness poles, other shipping clusters in the country and abroad; o. Helping businesses to meet environmental protection requirements;
