Our Mission
To ensure recognition of the Cluster and increase national and international competitiveness by strengthening the innovation and collaboration culture among our members.
Our Vision
Developing and implementing policies that will enable our members to be in an ecosystem capable of developing pioneer and high-technology products, and realize innovation based on R&D within 5 years.
Our Strategic Targets
- Within 3 years, carrying out studies that will strengthen the cooperative efforts of the cluster to optimize costs by meeting with international and domestic players in the sector, to encourage the establishment of joint ventures in Manisa Industrial Park by meeting and to strengthen the industrial capacity of the cluster by operating in line with attracting knowledge-intensive Foreign Direct Investors to the cluster.
- Transforming the cluster's production and production management systems to E4.0 - digital transformation and turning the cluster into a nationally and internationally recognized production center.
- To jointly apply for regional, national and European funds and coordinate activities to benefit from R&D, innovation and investment incentives.
- To cooperate with OEMs to ensure the establishment of a prototype production center and design verification infrastructure with a 3D printer that will respond to customers' (OEM) rapid prototyping needs, and to cooperate with technology companies and universities with this respect.

Our cluster management offers foreign trade consultancy to member companies. The consultancy services include; how to access new markets, which margets to target, solving problems during trading procedures, as well as letter of credit context.
We apply government incentive programs to provide funding for their common activities such as training, coordinated purchase visits from OEMs as well as R&D.
We create platforms on which members can get together and dicuss their services and products. With these services members get a chance to become each others's suppliers.
We provide R&D consultancy to members to promote innovative products or production.
We work to promote and attract foreign direct investment to Manisa Industrial Park in collaboration with government agencies. Manisa Industrial Park provides optimum investment and production environment to investors with competitive energy prices, logistics services and so forth.
Within the scope of the activities and projects carried out in order to increase the export of the companies operating within the Manisa Industrial Park and to increase their current brand value, MIPASIC Automotive Sub-Industry Cluster, which was established as a result of the International Competitivity Advancement Project initiated to achieve common market targets by creating a coalition between of companies operating in the same sector by clustering studies in order to enable companies to enter new markets and increase their exports, with more than 20 companies within its structure, serves as a solution partner to the main industry with its different activities such as mold, metal parts, sheet metal parts, cables, wheels, suspension solutions, leaf spring & light weight solutions, suspension systems, cardan shafts, steering columns, transmission parts, bumper, rubber tube and pipe production.
In this context, our project is not only to be a solution partner to the main industry, but also to support the national and international development of companies in MIPASIC Automotive Sub-Industry Cluster, and contributes to their development.
In addition, in order to meet local and public requirements, MIPASIC Automotive Sub-Industry Cluster is designed to cooperate with universities and R&D institutions, domestic and foreign organizations providing advanced engineering services, to work in collaboration with OEMs, to enable technology companies to settle in MIP, and to manufacture products or subsystems in its field, to activate credit and financing institutions under the most favorable conditions and to continue its lobbying activities in the eye of the public.

- Organized a meeting with JAPIA ( Japan Auto Parts Industries) Management to inform JAPIA Members for possible business collaborations with the Cluster Members
-Organized a platform with the collaboration of JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) and the Embassy of Turkey where cluster members performed presentations to Japanese counterparts followed by B2B meetings.
-Organized B2B meetings with potential buyers in Rwanda with the collaboration of the Embassy of Rwanda and RDB (Rwanda Development Board)
