Achievements
Observatory of Lombardy Mobility Cluster: Born from the collaboration within LMC, University of Brescia, Politecnico di Milano, CSMT, Anfia, Kpmg, Assifer e Ucina, the Observatory offers a complete overview of mobility in 2015. Completed with the “Strategic Research Agenda” written by Prof. Mastinu of Politecnico, it identifies the future innovation best practice of the European and World mobility, becoming a solid base for the outcoming grants.
Development project high performing secondary alloy: The project aims to develop new lighter secondary alloys for automotive, reducing the energetic cost and consequently increasing the environmental sustainability, thanks to the high recyclability of aluminium. The project will be shown in the Regional and European R&D Grant.
Project Diesel Dual Fuel: The project aims to implement diesel/methane powering for high weight vehicles, in order to reduce carbon and polluting emissions for Euro 3,4,5 categories consistently. It also implements the use of criogenic liquid methane and biomethane for a complete renewabilty of the energetic source.
B2B SMEs oriented: LMC often organizes meetings focused on SME, like the event which took place in October 2015, with the partecipation of Sen. Muchetti or the meeting in January 2016 in collaboration with Mobility Cluster of Baden-Wurttemberg region. Finally, in collaboration with AIB, more than 90 B2B’s were organized in February 2016, offering the opportunity for SME’s to open a partnership with top buyers like Magna Powertrain Inc., Dana de Mexico and Borg Warner Inc..The next B2B will take place in april 2016.
