01. Empowerment of disabled women through technology
Overall objective:
Contributing to the skills development and economic empowerment of disabled women in Assiut districts.
Results:
1. The beneficiaries are engaged in income-generating activities at the end of the project, either in the projects established or employed by local technology companies.
2. Sustainability of the projects established by the participating girls and women are active.
3. Increasing awareness among community members about the importance of economically empowering disabled women.
02. Creativity and Entrepreneurship Cluster - A Decent Life
Overall objective:
Empowering 50 high-qualified unemployed girls aged between 20 and 30 years old, 25 medium-qualified unemployed girls of the middle class and less, aged between 20 and 30 years old, and 175 women under the poverty line aged between 30 and 45 years old in Assiut city, Shattab village, Al-Mutaya village, and Mosha village to create small and medium-sized enterprises, and to promote their sustainability through the use of ICT within 12 months.
Results:
1. Increasing opportunities for girls participating in the project to join the labor market.
2. Improving the income of girls and women participating in the project.
3. Raising awareness among the community of the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises in providing adequate family income.
03. Raising the efficiency of the technology companies’ members of Etisal Assiut Association in Upper Egypt
Overall objective:
Raise awareness of young people on the importance of using technological skills in the labour market.
Results:
1. Increasing youth technological skills required in the labor market.
2. Increasing the knowledge of young people in different fields of technology.
04. Initiative to raise technological awareness
Overall objective:
Raising the efficiency of the technology companies members of Etisal Assiut Association in Upper Egypt.
Results:
1. Increasing the technological skills of the teams of member companies.
2. Increasing the administrative skills of the administrative bodies of the member companies.
3. The information technology market in Upper Egypt has prospered.
05. Employing Citizens of Upper Egypt Initiative
Overall objective:
Raising the efficiency of young people to join the labor market.
Results:
1. Increasing opportunities for young people to join the labor market.
2. Developing the practical skills of young people.
3. Increasing the knowledge of young people about the skills required in the labour market.
