Strengthen the competitiveness of the IT sector in Tlaxcala and promote the adoption of IT in strategic sectors, with a focus on sustainable development and oriented to the satisfaction of our clients, allies and project partners. / 1-. Increase the number of alliances with the region's innovation ecosystem to facilitate innovation. 2.-Expand markets to generate higher profits through increased competitiveness and alliances. 3.-Train specialized human resources in IT areas to respond to the needs of personnel in the region 4.-Strengthen alliances with other clusters, government, universities and research centers to encourage innovation, the commitment of affiliates and increase their number through projects of common interest

The Clustec through PROMEXICO, a governmental institution, provided support to internationalize some of the member companies. Also through Clustec, innovation projects led by the National Council for Science and Technology (CONACYT) have been promoted. Finally, the collaboration of the members is carried out through different events that seek to promote IT development in the region.

Success Story / Achievements: 

Clustec was founded in 2006, during this time it has grown in participants, of which more than half have a constant and committed participation. The growth of companies has been fostered through specialized training in business and innovation, joint participation in technological projects, promotion of internationalization with government support, and certifications such as CMMI 2 and MOPROSOFT. In search of market expansion, Clustec has created alliances with the National Council for Software and Information Technology Clusters (MxTI) and the Mexican Association of the Information Technology Industry (AMITI). Two Clustec companies have received the competitiveness award and one more the export merit award given by the local government. Among our national clients are companies of national and international stature. We also have international clients in the United States, Chile and Switzerland. Participants expect promotion, networking and training from the Cluster. Finally, the Cluster needs continuous improvement and one strategy is to certify its administration.
